Result 5 We started Coffee Roasting in 2010 and the Roasting Cellar was born a year later. Two of our team members, Ben and Chris, have been roasting since 2013, and together they have roasts at Roasting Cellar in South Shields all over the UK. We roast to order, using our own proprietary blend of beans, and keep the supply chain as clean, reliable, and ethical as possible. Result 6 We’ve been roasting coffee for the past 15 years, and in that time we’ve worked with some of the most prominent coffee roasters in the world, including renowned coffee roaster Ian Smith, renowned coffee roaster Michael Pachter, and legendary coffee roaster Peter Thoma. We’ve developed some of the world’s most delicious coffee through this partnership, but most of all, we’re always looking to improve.
