We use only the finest green coffee beans from the best growing regions and we roast without colourings, chemical preservatives, insecticides or toluene. Result 3 For almost twenty years, we’ve been committed towards serving only premium hand-crafted artisan coffeemakers made from specialty beans. Our philosophy is not simply that no one should pay more than what they need or even know how much to spend - it's that knowledge cannot give true insight into quality! Result 4 As is customary with any coffee company, all our roasting is done in the UK. The difference in roasting versus the original equipment is that we use a wide variety of beans from the best and most sustainable coffee producers in the world. We are also very strict about our organic certification, ensuring that any coffee we roast reaches the highest possible standards. We also use a unique technology which helps us optimise the roasting process by increasing the temperature and humidity of the roaster to up to 40C (122F), thereby enabling a more rapid fermentation and roasting. Result 6 The Cafe Coffee Company was founded by former US Ambassador David Robinson who began his career as an ambassador at age 21 negotiating trade deals with foreign governments – from South Africa to Japan – after leaving the White House in 2001. In 2010 he launched his own retail chain which has since been sold to Fresh Market Group Incorporated. CCC now operates three stores across Australia including our flagship store located in Perth.
