The coffee was bought from the farmer's market that we visit regularly as well as picking and roasting our own coffees. We use only the finest ingredients, but we also like to experiment with new blending techniques and flavours. We roast our coffee at our own special water-to-coffee ratios, a natural variation on the method used by many other traditional roasters. The Coffee Zone is a joint venture between the two founders, Chris and Peter, who have a long history of working in coffee roasting, from being the co-founders of Coffeeloke in Cumbria, UK, to founding their own roasting company, Caffe Kool, in the UK. We work closely with our roasting partners to ensure a fresh, quality selection and, most importantly, a unique and special roast each time. Our roastery is located in a beautiful vintage building, and our roastery is equipped with all the equipment and equipment facilities required to roast, brew and serve coffee from start to finish. We have our own roasting roaster that ensures fresh roasted coffee every time while we’re on site. We also have our own roastery, coffee roaster and supply chain that ensures that we always roast in Australia at the very highest standards. Result 5 The Aperol Spritz is a hand roasted coffee from the Cascais region in Northern Spain. It is made using the classic method of drip brewing, but with different grind settings to suit different tastes. The Aperol is available in several different strengths, and in a variety of ways, such as a single shot, a full size espresso, a single shot/coffee latte, dark chocolate, or a rich chocolate/coffee. Result 6 There is always something new on the roasting block to try and it takes a while for your coffee to become perfect so we are very selective in what we roast and use. We serve up both organic and fair trade certified coffee, as our priority is to support communities and people in need.
